Available for rent for events such as receptions, reunions, birthday celebrations, etc.
Residents within Waverly Hall city limits: $150.00
Non-Residents: $200.00
Deposit: $75.00
If you wish to rent the facilities, you must call city hall to be placed on the agenda for the next Town Council Meeting to ask for use. The deadline to be placed on the agenda is the last Friday of the month by 12:00 noon.
(located on GA Hwy 208 at Lucy Laney Park)

Deposit will be refunded after facility, including grill, is checked for cleanliness and damage.
