Municipal Court

Waverly Hall Municipal Court is held every month on the 2nd Tuesday unless otherwise noted, and starts at 4:00 p.m.  Exact dates can be found the Town’s Calendar.

The City Solicitor will be available on court dates at 4:00 p.m. to discuss plea arrangements, fines, etc. Court proceeding begin at 5:00 p.m.
